Zamówienia z opcją grawerowania realizowane są zazwyczaj 24 godziny od złożenia zamówienia, jednak w indywidualnych przypadkach wysyłka może opóźnić się o dzień lub dwa. Nie wykonujemy usługi graweru w zamówieniach w których sposób płatności jest inny niż "PRZEDPŁATA". Produkty grawerowane nie podlegają również zwrotowi.

Returns:
Each customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the parcel within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product may not bear any traces of use and may not be damaged or damaged. The same goes for its packaging. In order to return the purchased watch, the Customer must complete the relevant declaration of withdrawal from the contract. It should contain: date, amount, bank account number and transfer details (name, surname, address). You can download such a declaration from our website. The customer may also write his own statement, but remember to include all the necessary information in it. The goods must be sent back together with the proof of purchase (receipt, VAT invoice) and the aforementioned declaration.
The money will be refunded within 7 days after we receive the package.
When ordering an engraved watch, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract and return the parcel. We make engraving on the watches after the prepayment of 100% of the value of the watch. However, the goods are subject to the full manufacturer's warranty.
