Each customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the parcel within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product may not bear any traces of use and may not be damaged or damaged. The same goes for its packaging. In order to return the purchased watch, the Customer must complete the relevant declaration of withdrawal from the contract. It should contain: date, amount, bank account number and transfer details (name, surname, address). You can download such a declaration from our website.
